White Oak Mechanical is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Duct Installer to join our team in Louisville, KY! We're looking for someone who knows their way around commercial ductwork, can confidently read mechanical blueprints, and takes pride in getting the job done right. You'll work alongside another experienced installer on commercial new construction and renovation projects, including healthcare facilities. Four 10-hour shifts - Overtime opportunities based on project needs - Health insurance - Paid time off (PTO) - 401(k) with company match - Tools provided as required for the position - Hands-on commercial new construction and renovation projects - Team-oriented work environment Why You'll Love It Here - Enjoy a four-day workweek while maintaining full-time hours - Work on commercial projects, including healthcare facilities - Focus on installation work instead of residential service calls - Work alongside another skilled installer - Put your sheet metal and ductwork installation skills to use - Be part of a team that values dependable workers, quality craftsmanship, and jobsite safety Your New Role - As a Commercial HVAC Duct Installer, you'll: - Install commercial sheet metal ductwork, duct fittings, diffusers, grilles, and HVAC components - Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, drawings, and installation layouts - Measure, position, assemble, and install commercial duct systems - Assist with setting and installing commercial HVAC equipment - Install or assist with refrigerant lines and condensate piping - Coordinate installation work with other trades and project team members - Complete punch-list items and support project closeout - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite - Work alongside another installer to complete projects efficiently and accurately
