Hospitality Recruiter (Contract)

You will help build a market-specific candidate pipeline across hospitality and event staffing roles, from servers and bartenders to banquet teams, cooks, housekeeping staff, and captains. The role combines candidate sourcing, skills and credential screening, talent relationship building, and coordination with training and operations teams. You will play an important part in developing a structured talent bench that distinguishes qualified candidates by experience, capabilities, and leadership potential.
