Health Care Contracting Senior Associate

This role supports healthcare contracting and payment activities for moderately complex engagements within a research and development environment. You will manage contracting workflows from drafting and review through execution, documentation, and system updates. The position also oversees payment activities, including invoice and expense review, discrepancy resolution, and timely processing. You will work across Legal, Sourcing, Finance, Accounts Payable, Compliance, and other stakeholders to keep engagements moving efficiently. The role combines operational execution, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving within established processes and guidelines. You will exercise sound judgment when addressing moderately complex issues while identifying and escalating risks or non-standard situations.
