Head of Engineering & Delivery

This is a senior executive leadership role combining technical strategy, professional services delivery, and commercial growth. You will define the technology vision across cloud, data engineering, and agentic AI while scaling a global delivery organization. The role spans teams across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, with responsibility for consistent execution, quality, and operational performance. You will bring deep Google Cloud and enterprise AI expertise to complex transformation initiatives and strategic client engagements. You will also partner with sales and cloud ecosystem leaders to shape major pursuits, develop solutions, and expand strategic accounts. The position offers significant influence over technology standards, reusable intellectual property, delivery models, and market presence.
