Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales)

We're looking for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate TA team and own full-cycle recruiting for Lendbuzz's growing sales organization. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner directly with regional sales hiring managers across the country. This is a role for someone who takes real ownership. You won't just be filling reqs - you'll be a true partner to the hiring team, helping shape how we attract, engage, and hire top sales talent at scale. This role will be based out of our Boston headquarters with a hybrid schedule, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office per week.
