Growth Marketer, AI-Native

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketer, AI-Native based in Canada. As a Growth Marketer, AI-Native, you will turn marketing concepts into live creative assets, campaigns, and experiences that drive measurable growth. You will use generative AI and modern marketing tools to create advertising, landing pages, imagery, and video at speed. The role combines creative production, experimentation, performance marketing, and analytics in a highly hands-on environment. You will launch A/B tests, monitor performance, identify what works, and continuously iterate based on real customer and campaign data. You will work directly with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and internal attribution tools to connect activity with business outcomes. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building independently, experimenting with emerging technology, and learning quickly. You will have significant ownership and autonomy, with an expectation that you can move ideas from concept to live experiment without relying heavily on separate design or development teams.
