Global Payroll Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Payroll Manager based in United States. The Global Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations across multiple entities, with direct ownership of U.S. and Canada payroll and oversight of international payroll through global providers. This role ensures employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable regulations across jurisdictions. You will manage payroll vendors, strengthen processes, and help create scalable operating standards as the organization grows. The position works closely with People, Finance, HRIS, and external partners to maintain data integrity and resolve complex payroll matters. You will also contribute to system improvements, automation, reporting, and regulatory initiatives. This is a remote opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who can combine operational expertise with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
