Funding/ Submission Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Funding/Submission Specialist based in South Africa. This remote role supports the efficient movement of business financing applications from submission through funding. You will review application details, assess lender requirements, and determine the appropriate placement for each deal. Working closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders, you will help keep submissions accurate, complete, and moving forward. The position combines financial analysis, process coordination, documentation management, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You will use Salesforce and other digital tools to manage submissions, financial records, approvals, and denials. Your attention to detail and understanding of U.S. business finance will help identify potential roadblocks and support successful deal outcomes. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute directly to timely processing and funding while developing expertise in small business financing.
