Fraud & Conversion Associate

You will help prospective customers move through the lending application journey while identifying inconsistencies, risk indicators, and potential fraud. The position blends analytical investigation with frequent inbound and outbound customer interactions. You will use internal systems, investigative tools, and customer information to make sound operational decisions. Success requires balancing customer experience, compliance, accuracy, productivity, and risk awareness. You will also contribute to process improvements and collaborate with teams across fraud, credit, compliance, risk, and customer operations.
