Founding Performance Marketing Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Performance Marketing Lead based in United States. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to build a performance marketing and growth engine from the ground up in a high-growth AI environment. You will own the journey from first impression and paid acquisition through conversion, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue. The role spans paid media, creative testing, landing pages, attribution, funnel optimization, audience discovery, and early product-led growth experiments. You will work directly with founders and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations. As a hands-on individual contributor, you will have significant autonomy to test quickly, scale what works, and turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks. The role is highly data-driven, with success measured through pipeline quality, acquisition economics, conversion, and revenue rather than vanity metrics. With strong results, the position is designed to provide a path toward broader growth leadership as the organization scales.
