Flow Cytometry Field Applications Manager - Upper Midwest/Northeast

Our partner is looking for a Flow Cytometry Field Applications Manager - Upper Midwest/Northeast based in Canada. As a Flow Cytometry Field Applications Manager, you will lead a team of Field Applications Scientists supporting customers, sales teams, and R&D initiatives across a broad geographic territory. You will provide scientific and strategic leadership for the implementation, optimization, and application of flow cytometry technologies and workflows. The role combines people management, technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial collaboration within a life sciences environment. You will help accelerate sales opportunities by positioning application solutions and value-added services around customer needs. You will also oversee technical support, demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and protocol development to ensure an exceptional customer experience. As a team leader, you will establish best practices, performance standards, workflows, and accountability across the applications function. This is a remote opportunity requiring significant travel and offering the chance to contribute directly to advances in life science research and laboratory innovation.
