Field Service Technician - Level I

This is an entry-level field service opportunity focused on supporting the installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of precision metrology equipment. You will develop specialized technical expertise through structured classroom, online, and hands-on training alongside experienced technicians. The role combines mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, and computer-controlled systems in a customer-facing environment. You will travel to customer locations across Canada, with a preference for candidates located in the Quebec City area. Your work will directly contribute to equipment reliability, service quality, and customer satisfaction. As your skills progress, you will take on increasingly independent service assignments and technical responsibilities.
