Especialista em Digital Workplace – Líder COE

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Especialista em Digital Workplace – Líder COE based in Brazil. This is a remote leadership opportunity for a technology professional who will serve as a technical and people reference within an Architecture Center of Excellence. You will help develop architects and technical professionals while strengthening architectural governance, standards, and engineering practices. The role combines deep expertise in solution and software architecture with people leadership, capacity planning, and client-facing collaboration. You will guide architectural decisions involving cloud, microservices, APIs, integrations, security, scalability, and modern technology practices. The position also includes supporting technical proposals, effort estimation, team composition, and customer discussions. You will contribute to the evolution of architecture practices, including the responsible adoption of AI and GenAI solutions. This role is suited to a strategic, technically strong leader who can connect business needs with practical, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions.
