You will help establish engineering standards, frameworks, best practices, and technical roadmaps across diverse projects and client environments. The position also involves mentoring professionals, supporting career development, and identifying opportunities to strengthen technical capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders and client-facing teams to align engineering talent and solutions with project requirements. The role offers exposure to modern technologies, cloud environments, AI-assisted development, and large-scale technology initiatives. Advanced English or Spanish is required for collaboration with international and nearshore/LATAM teams.
