Employment and Compliance Counsel

This is an opportunity to join a corporate legal team supporting a fast-growing technology business operating in a complex and evolving regulatory environment. You’ll advise People and business stakeholders on a broad range of employment, labor, compliance, and related legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines day-to-day legal counseling with policy development, investigations, training, and strategic risk management. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external counsel while helping create scalable legal processes that support continued growth. The position calls for commercially minded legal judgment, strong ownership, and the ability to navigate sensitive matters with discretion and care. You’ll also have the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, data, digital assets, and emerging regulatory considerations. This is a remote full-time role offering substantial responsibility and visibility within a collaborative corporate legal environment.
