Dynamics 365/Power Platform - Techno-Functional Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dynamics 365/Power Platform - Techno-Functional Consultant based in Canada. This is a senior consulting role focused on delivering enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery, working across discovery, business analysis, functional design, development, integrations, and advanced troubleshooting. The role offers broad exposure to Customer Service, Field Service, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power BI. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and distributed delivery teams to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions. Success requires the ability to move comfortably between functional consulting, solution design, hands-on development, and production support. The position is fully remote and requires availability during Eastern Time Zone hours.
