Director, Risk

This is a senior risk leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling a comprehensive risk function within a fast-growing technology environment. You will design the risk framework, establish governance standards, and oversee first-line credit and fraud operations. The role combines strategic risk management with hands-on partnership across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. You will translate risk policies into product controls, automation, reporting, and actionable business decisions. The position requires balancing disciplined risk management with commercial growth while maintaining strong executive and board-level communication.
