Director, Product & Pipeline Communications - Hematology

Our partner is looking for a Director, Product & Pipeline Communications - Hematology based in United States. This senior communications leadership role will shape the global communications strategy for a broad Hematology portfolio spanning pipeline assets, launches, commercialized products, and lifecycle opportunities. You will translate complex scientific and clinical developments into clear, compelling narratives for diverse global audiences. The role combines strategic communications leadership with hands-on execution across product, scientific, executive, and corporate communications. You will advise senior medical and business leaders while helping strengthen scientific credibility, corporate reputation, and stakeholder trust. Close collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Patient Advocacy, Media Relations, and regional teams will be central to success. The position also leads communications around major medical congresses, clinical milestones, executive visibility, and potential reputation issues. This is a remote U.S.-based opportunity with approximately 15% domestic and international travel.
