Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management

Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management based in the United States. The Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management will lead and transform end-to-end revenue operations for a growing, multi-state healthcare organization focused on delivering high-quality pediatric mental health services. This strategic leadership role oversees billing, collections, accounts receivable, denial management, payer enrollment, and credentialing to strengthen financial performance and support sustainable expansion. Working closely with executive leadership and teams across Finance, Operations, and Clinical functions, you will improve cash flow, reduce revenue leakage, and build scalable processes that support operational excellence. You will also drive technology optimization, strengthen payer relationships, and establish clear performance metrics across internal teams and external partners.
