Community Engagement Manager

In this remote, Minnesota-based role, you will lead community engagement strategies that support the expansion of energy programs and strengthen local partnerships. You will collaborate with local officials, community organizations, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand community priorities and address concerns early. From facilitating public meetings to developing outreach strategies and communication materials, your work will help communities make informed decisions about energy projects. You will also translate local feedback into actionable insights that support project delivery and long-term community trust.
