Director of Project Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Project Management based in the United States. You will lead the Project Management function for a technology organization operating at the intersection of renewable energy, critical infrastructure, and electric power markets. The role carries broad responsibility for project performance, profitability, resource utilization, quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will provide strategic leadership to Project Managers overseeing high-value, technically complex projects from development through delivery. Your work will help strengthen project management practices, streamline processes, and introduce automation that supports organizational growth. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Business Development, technical teams, and executive leadership to align projects with broader business objectives. The position requires the ability to guide complex technical discussions while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping scalable project delivery practices within a growing renewable energy and grid infrastructure environment.
