Director of Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product based in United States. This is a senior product leadership opportunity within a remote-first, engineering-led technology environment. You’ll own product cohesion across a portfolio of automation, data, orchestration, and developer-focused platforms. As the most senior dedicated product leader, you’ll establish product practices rather than inherit an established product organization. You’ll shape how teams discover customer needs, prioritize opportunities, define outcomes, and validate what they build. A major part of the role is coaching engineers to strengthen their product judgment and customer-centric decision-making. You’ll work across multiple products and help create a shared direction while preserving the distinct strengths of each platform. This role offers significant influence, autonomy, and the opportunity to define how product management operates within a high-performance engineering culture.
