Director of Operations

This senior leadership role will oversee and scale operations across a fully remote, mission-driven organization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Operations will help strengthen organizational performance, financial health, and operational infrastructure. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on responsibility across finance, human resources, compliance, risk management, and administration.
