Development Manager, Individual & Planned Giving

Our partner is looking for a Development Manager, Individual & Planned Giving based in United States. This full-time role leads individual donor fundraising with a focus on major gifts, annual campaigns, and planned giving. You will help grow and steward relationships with individual, corporate, and house-of-worship supporters while contributing directly to annual revenue goals. The position combines donor cultivation, campaign leadership, personalized stewardship, and long-term giving strategy. You will work closely with development colleagues and the Fundraising Committee, using donor insights and campaign data to inform fundraising decisions. The role also offers an opportunity to strengthen planned giving and recurring donor programs while supporting meaningful community-focused initiatives. This is a collaborative position for an experienced fundraiser who is motivated by environmental justice, relationship-building, and measurable impact.
