Corporate Paralegal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Paralegal based in the United States. The Corporate Paralegal will play a central role in supporting corporate governance, securities, financing activities, and legal operations within a growing organization. This is a broad, hands-on position that combines day-to-day legal support with ownership of important corporate processes and strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with legal leadership while partnering with Finance, People, Executive Operations, and other business teams. The role offers the opportunity to support complex transactions, maintain critical corporate records, and strengthen scalable legal infrastructure. You’ll have significant autonomy and will be expected to bring structure, accuracy, and practical solutions to complex projects. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with exposure to financing, equity, governance, diligence, and other strategic corporate matters. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an organized legal professional who enjoys ownership, variety, and continuous process improvement.
