Corporate Legal Counsel (Capital Markets)

You will partner closely with business and capital markets teams on transactions involving consumer lending products and institutional investors. The role combines transactional execution, contract negotiation, strategic legal advice, and ongoing commercial relationship support. You will work across credit facilities, securitizations, loan sales and servicing, debt sales, and banking partnerships.
