Corporate Communications Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Communications Lead based in the United States. This role will lead strategic internal and external communications for a growing global organization. You will shape messaging that strengthens employee engagement, organizational alignment, and company culture. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation, executive communications, and social media management. You will work closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, Operations, Recruiting, and other cross-functional teams. The role requires translating complex business topics into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences. You will also help communicate organizational change, celebrate employee and project achievements, and strengthen connections between corporate and field teams. This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel to project sites to engage employees and gather stories.
