About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Support & Maintenance Engineer (L2/L3) based in United States. As a Support & Maintenance Engineer, you will help ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise batch processing environments. You will provide L2/L3 production support for BMC Control-M, managing scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and workflow automation across distributed and mainframe platforms. The role combines hands-on technical administration with incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with application, infrastructure, database, and business teams in a 24x7 support environment. Your expertise will help keep business-critical workloads, file transfers, and automated processes running smoothly. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an experienced support professional with strong Control-M and enterprise operations expertise.
