- Keep everyone informed and accountable: Ensure clear, transparent communication, proactively managing expectations, dependencies and potential roadblocks.
- Solve problems and adapt quickly: Navigate changing priorities and unexpected challenges with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and leverage AI tools and technologies to strengthen how we deliver People initiatives.
- Turn plans into results: Take a hands-on approach, following through on commitments and ensuring projects deliver meaningful outcomes.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong project management capabilities with a solid understanding of People operations and a genuine passion for getting things done.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management: A proven ability to coordinate and deliver projects, manage competing priorities and keep initiatives on track.
- HR Operations experience: An understanding of People processes and the operational realities of working within an HR environment.
- Fluency in English to a professional business level, both spoken and written.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration: You build positive relationships across teams, communicate clearly, manage expectations and bring different perspectives together to drive alignment.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and accountability: You take initiative, work independently and follow through on commitments to deliver results.
- Problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement: You approach challenges pragmatically, make informed decisions and proactively identify ways to improve processes and ways of working.
- Adaptability and resilience: You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities and unexpected challenges while maintaining momentum.
