IF YOU WANT TO: - Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles and teams like Engineering, Marketing, and Data, giving every candidate a high-quality experience from first contact to offer; - Run in-depth, competency-based interviews that weigh both skills and culture add, while building relationships that grow your candidate network; - Be the advisor hiring managers rely on, sharing real-time market insight and coaching teams toward fair, well-informed decisions; - Lead recruitment projects that improve how we attract, engage, and hire people; - Use recruitment data to find where the hiring funnel slows down, and turn those insights into real improvements; - Work closely with other people teams so hiring connects smoothly to onboarding, career paths, and the wider employee experience. AND YOU CAN CHECK OFF: - Proven experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment within a global or fast-moving environment; - Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and partner with teams at all levels; - A data-driven mindset and the ability to turn recruitment insights into meaningful action; - Proficiency in proactive sourcing and networking to identify and engage high-potential passive talent; - Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
