This role combines consultative account management, customer relationship building, and revenue growth within the legal sector. You will manage a diverse portfolio of Quebec-based law firm, corporate, public sector, and academic customers. The position focuses on retention, renewals, expansion, and helping customers realize measurable value from digital and AI-powered solutions. You will use customer data, product usage insights, and business outcomes to identify opportunities and address potential retention risks. Strong collaboration with onboarding, support, product, and internal commercial teams will be central to customer success. The role requires confident communication in both French and English, including presentations, negotiations, and strategic customer conversations.
