Associate Vice President (AVP) of PMO and Delivery

Our partner is looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP) of PMO and Delivery based in United States. This executive leadership role is responsible for unifying PMO and Delivery Lead functions and driving consistent excellence across complex technology engagements. You will oversee the end-to-end health of project and program delivery, including methodology, staffing, governance, KPIs, budgets, and client outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape strategic priorities while building high-performing teams and strengthening delivery capabilities. The role combines executive oversight with hands-on involvement in client relationships, escalations, resource planning, and organizational development. You will also champion continuous improvement, including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies across delivery practices.
