Associate General Counsel, Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Product based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to help build and shape a dedicated product legal function within a highly innovative technology environment. You will serve as a trusted legal partner to product, research, engineering, and go-to-market teams throughout the product lifecycle. Your work will span regulatory compliance, strategic transactions, and complex technology matters across the U.S. and international markets. You will help structure partnerships, licensing arrangements, joint development initiatives, and supply and manufacturing agreements. The role also involves developing scalable legal processes and playbooks for a growing product organization. Success requires strong judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to advise confidently where technology and legal frameworks are rapidly evolving.
