Associate Director, Implementations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Implementations based in United States. The Associate Director, Implementations leads a professional services team responsible for delivering software implementations and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role combines people leadership, implementation delivery, workload management, client communication, and operational oversight. You will assign new implementation projects, monitor team performance, review work quality and billable activity, and provide guidance on complex issues and escalations. The position also plays an important role in establishing implementation standards, developing training resources, and documenting repeatable operating procedures. You will collaborate with department leaders and senior stakeholders to communicate project status, resolve cross-functional issues, and maintain visibility into team workloads. Success requires a customer-focused leader who can balance competing priorities while developing a high-performing implementation organization. This is a U.S.-based remote position with approximately 25% travel.
