Finance & Accounting Officer

Role Overview You report directly to the Finance Manager and are the second member of the finance team. Key Responsibilities: - Recording sales, purchase and bank transactions in the ERP (Entersoft) in line with Greek Accounting Standards (ΕΛΠ) - Client invoicing and credit control (monitoring collections and outstanding balances) - Monthly bank, customer and supplier reconciliations - Preparing data for VAT returns, EC sales lists, withholding taxes and other periodic filings, in cooperation with the external accountant - Managing supplier payments, filing payment receipts and maintaining the digital archive - Supporting month-end and year-end close - Client communication and accounting follow-up of all client cases - Office management (facilities, supplies, coordination with external vendors) - Contributing to the improvement and automation of finance processes What We're Looking For: - Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field - 2–5 years of experience in a company finance department or accounting firm, working with double-entry books - Excellent written and spoken English - Good knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards, VAT and myDATA - Experience with Entersoft and strong Excel skills - Organised, detail-oriented, reliable with deadlines and discreet with confidential information  We Value: - Strong interpersonal skills - Professional and organized approach to work - Ability to build trust with clients - Results-oriented mindset - Team player mentality  Nice to have: - Class B accountant–tax advisor licence - Interest in digital tools and automating accounting workflows - Dutch, German or French Professional Development: - Comprehensive training in Greek real estate market and regulations - Mentorship from experienced team members - Professional development sessions - Support from our legal and administrative teams Benefits: - Competitive compensation package - Ticket restaurant options - Private health insurance - Company car for business travel - Mobile phone and laptop - Growth opportunities within an established company
