Analista de Negócios

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Negócios based in Brazil. This role is an opportunity to act as a key link between clients, technology teams, and business stakeholders across medium- and large-scale implementation projects. You will help translate business needs into clear functional requirements and practical technology solutions. The position covers the full implementation journey, from system configuration and training through testing, validation, and handover to technical support. You will work closely with commercial, development, project, and customer support teams to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward. Your ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively will be central to delivering a strong customer experience. The role also offers opportunities to identify process improvements and propose changes that increase operational efficiency and business results. It is particularly suited to professionals with technology implementation experience and a solid understanding of the pension/retirement benefits business.
