Our partner is looking for an AI Native Founding Product and Platform Engineer based in the United States. This is a founding-level engineering opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who wants to shape a modern digital product and engineering platform from the ground up. You will define architecture, development practices, tooling, and technical standards while actively building production systems. The role spans customer-facing product experiences, distributed backend services, cloud infrastructure, and developer platforms. You will establish scalable foundations that allow a lean engineering organization to move faster, operate safely, and deliver high-quality products. Rather than focusing on governance, you will lead through code, making critical technical decisions through hands-on delivery and pragmatic problem-solving.
