You'll take ownership of product experiences across Hopae Connect while also contributing to the visual design of our marketing and communication materials. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong product thinking, excellent visual craft, and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO OWN PRODUCT DESIGN END TO END - Lead design initiatives from problem discovery and user research through prototyping, implementation, and iteration. - Design intuitive experiences across Hopae Connect Console, developer onboarding, activation, and identity verification workflows. - Translate complex technical requirements into simple, effective user experiences. - Collaborate closely with engineers throughout implementation to ensure high-quality outcomes. SOLVE REAL CUSTOMER PROBLEMS - Understand the needs of developers, enterprise customers, and end users. - Work with Product, Engineering, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to identify friction and opportunities. - Use customer feedback, usability testing, and product analytics to inform design decisions. - Define success criteria and evaluate the impact of shipped solutions. BUILD SCALABLE DESIGN FOUNDATIONS - Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns. - Establish consistent visual and interaction standards across our products. - Ensure our product experiences reflect Hopae's brand identity. - Create reusable design assets and templates that improve design efficiency. BRAND & MARKETING DESIGN - Design reusable templates for social media, announcements, and marketing campaigns. - Create visual assets for presentations, sales materials, events, and company communications. - Support website and landing page design in collaboration with Marketing. - Maintain visual consistency across product, web, and brand touchpoints. - Develop scalable templates and guidelines that enable other teams to produce materials independently. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience designing and shipping complex digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, fintech, or infrastructure. - A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, from problem definition to shipped outcomes. - Excellent interaction design, information architecture, and visual design skills. - Strong proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems. - Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts. - Strong product judgment and the ability to make decisions independently. - Comfortable working in English with a globally distributed team. We value demonstrated ownership, judgment, and impact more than years of experience. NICE TO HAVE - Experience designing developer platforms, APIs, or enterprise administration consoles. - Familiarity with digital identity, authentication, KYC, or financial services. - Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and usability research. - Understanding of frontend technologies and implementation constraints. - Experience building or scaling design systems in growing startups. - Motion design or basic animation skills. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within 30 Days - Understand Hopae Connect, its users, and our business priorities. - Identify meaningful usability issues and improvement opportunities. - Build strong working relationships with Product and Engineering. Within 90 Days - Independently lead a meaningful design initiative from problem definition to implementation. - Deliver improvements to a key customer journey, such as onboarding, activation, or verification. - Establish or improve reusable design patterns. Within 6 Months - Demonstrate measurable improvements in usability, activation, or customer experience. - Become a trusted partner in product and engineering decisions. - Raise the quality, consistency, and efficiency of product design across Hopae Connect.
