Our partner is looking for an Advogado(a) Pleno (Resolução de Disputas e Propriedade Intelectual) based in Brazil. This is an opportunity for a mid-level legal professional to support strategic business matters within a technology-driven environment. You will work across civil and consumer litigation, dispute resolution, and intellectual property, helping protect important business interests and assets. The role combines hands-on case management with strategic legal support and collaboration with external counsel. You will also contribute to the management and protection of trademarks, patents, software registrations, and other intellectual property assets. Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement will be important as you monitor legal KPIs and identify opportunities to increase efficiency. Working remotely and collaboratively, you will have autonomy and meaningful exposure to business priorities while partnering with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
