About the role
Project ManagementAccount Management
As a Project/Account Manager at iO, you are the central link in the partnership with our client. You take care of one Business Unit and act as their day-to-day contact point. You receive the daily briefings, translate them into clear action for the team and plan the work with the team. You make sure every project and campaign is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
You build strong, lasting client relationships and understand the business context behind each request. You ask the right questions, act as a proactive sparring partner and always look for the best solution. Then you turn their ambitions into concrete, successful projects and marketing campaigns.
You are both the face of the client inside iO and the face of iO for the client. That means you combine two roles:
- Account management: you own the relationship and have the overview of everything we do for your part of the client's organisation.
- Project management: you are responsible for the delivery and quality of all projects, from planning and budgets to quotations and invoicing.
You work in a lively ecosystem of experts, from marketers and developers to designers and strategists. You lead multi-disciplinary teams, make sure everyone knows what needs to be done, by when and to which expectations, and make sure the team gets the feedback it needs from the client.
Requests from your Business Unit come in on a daily basis, and you turn them into clear, realistic quotations. You can also contribute to the bigger picture, such as the yearly account plans and strategic meetings with the client. You don't shy away from that, right?
