Director, Newsletter & Email Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Newsletter & Email Marketing based in the United States. We are seeking a hands-on email marketing leader to oversee and scale a high-volume, revenue-generating newsletter program serving audiences across 22 markets. In this role, you will drive newsletter strategy, campaign execution, audience engagement, deliverability, and commercial performance while protecting the subscriber experience. You will manage more than 40 campaigns per week alongside automated lifecycle journeys, sponsored placements, and targeted product marketing initiatives. Working closely with marketing leadership, advertising sales, merchant partners, and analytics teams, you will turn campaign data into actionable insights that strengthen monetization and long-term audience value. As a player-coach, you will combine strategic direction with hands-on execution, technical expertise, and team development.
