Director, Care Services

As Director, Care Services, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of programs that support individuals living with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), their families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. You will help translate strategic priorities into impactful services that improve access to care and enhance quality of life. Working closely with internal teams, clinical partners, and community organizations, you will strengthen professional relationships and expand access to essential resources across the western United States. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of care professionals, ensuring high standards of service delivery, operational consistency, and professional development. This leadership role combines strategic planning, program evaluation, budget oversight, and hands-on consultation in complex care situations. You will contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven environment dedicated to advancing care, empowering communities, and improving outcomes for people affected by ALS.
