Take on a strategic leadership role within a national, Indigenous youth-led organization committed to empowering Indigenous youth and strengthening community connections. As Director of Communications, Knowledge, & Impact, you will lead a multidisciplinary department responsible for strategic communications, organizational initiatives, knowledge mobilization, and impact measurement. You will help amplify Indigenous youth voices through meaningful storytelling, accessible information, and impactful public engagement. Working closely with senior leadership, internal teams, community partners, and funders, you will ensure that communications and strategic initiatives align with organizational priorities and cultural values. You will also oversee major events, guide data-informed decision-making, and build systems that demonstrate the organization's impact.
