Legal Trainee

Main responsibilities: - Contributing to the first drafts of agreements and notices, taking part in negotiations alongside the legal team, and maintaining the resulting documents in the team's inventory; - Coordinating legal notifications and maintaining the notification tracking table, with the support of the paralegal; preparing draft responses to notifications; - Carrying out the required checks during the onboarding of newly executed agreements; - Supporting the legal team in disputes and litigation; - Conducting legal research on legislation and regulatory practice, and presenting the findings in clear written memoranda; - Monitoring new regulations and decisions of relevant regulatory bodies, such as the Turkish Advertising Board and the Personal Data Protection Authority; - Supporting communication with external parties on routine follow-up and documentation processes, and keeping a record of the resulting action items; - Preparing Turkish–English translations of legal documents relating to the matters you work on.
