Senior Sourcing Manager

Our partner is looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager based in the United States, with a remote working arrangement. As Senior Sourcing Manager, you will lead carbon supply sourcing across the Americas, building strategic partnerships with project developers and securing high-integrity carbon credits that support meaningful climate action. You will define regional sourcing strategies, manage commercial negotiations, and develop a robust pipeline aligned with portfolio priorities and client demand. Combining deep carbon market expertise with strong commercial judgment, you will balance pricing, quality, risk, and long-term supply availability. You will collaborate with technical, due diligence, portfolio management, commercial, and legal teams to ensure effective execution from origination through contracting and delivery. Acting as a senior regional representative and deputy to sourcing leadership, you will also contribute to broader strategic initiatives and team development.
