Provider Success Lead, Physical Therapy

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Provider Success Lead, Physical Therapy based in the United States. The Provider Success Lead will strengthen clinical excellence and provider readiness within a fully remote virtual pulmonary rehabilitation program. This role combines cardiopulmonary expertise, clinician mentorship, and educational content development to help physical therapists deliver high-quality care to patients with chronic lung conditions. You will guide new therapists from onboarding through their first patient appointment while supporting experienced providers with complex clinical decisions and day-to-day questions. A key priority is building scalable training programs and self-service resources that empower clinicians to work confidently and independently. By identifying recurring challenges and improving processes, you will help reduce onboarding time and ensure providers have the tools they need to succeed. This is an opportunity for an experienced physical therapist who enjoys teaching, clinical problem-solving, and creating systems that support a growing telehealth care team.
