As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology professionals, partnering with startups and product-based companies to identify and secure top technical talent. You will take ownership of direct client requirements, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. The role requires strong technical recruitment expertise, excellent sourcing strategies, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You will recruit across diverse technology domains, including software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data, quality assurance, and mobile development. By building strong candidate pipelines and maintaining lasting professional relationships, you will contribute directly to client growth and hiring success.
