Collections Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collections Specialist to support accounts receivable management and maintain healthy cash flow within a fully remote environment. In this role, you will take ownership of overdue customer accounts, proactively follow up on outstanding payments, and help resolve billing issues that may delay collections.
