As a Client Service Specialist, you will deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience in a fast-paced, premium floral retail environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping them select arrangements, place orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care. This role combines customer service excellence with operational precision to ensure every interaction is seamless, thoughtful, and memorable. You will manage a high volume of inquiries across phone and email while collaborating with florists, dispatch teams, and internal colleagues. Working remotely, you will have the autonomy to make informed decisions, solve problems, and maintain high service standards.
