Bilingual Corporate Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented communications professional to support internal communications and strengthen engagement across a distributed organization. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate communication activities, manage editorial calendars and newsletters, and ensure that content is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. You will work closely with communications and marketing colleagues to support cross-functional projects and maintain effective internal communication channels. A key part of your responsibilities will be reviewing French-language content to ensure it reflects Quebec's cultural and linguistic expectations, including content initially translated using AI tools. You will also monitor communication performance, maintain digital platforms, and uphold editorial and brand standards.
